All personalised goods are non-returnable unless faulty. Proof of fault is required within 7 days of dispatch. This does not affect your statutory rights.
SHIPPING INFO
We aim to dispatch goods within one week of the order being placed (if this isn’t possible you will be contacted) and they will be delivered by your selected delivery method.
