All personalised goods are non-returnable unless faulty. Proof of fault is required within 7 days of dispatch. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Items will be made within 2 weeks and delivered to the next SCDC class and handed to the dancer unless other instructions are agreed beforehand.

We will always ensure we dispatch as soon as we can, but please bare in mind that all our items are made to order. We do have a great stock supply but not for the entire range so some items will need to be ordered in to us first which can cause a slight delay. We will do our best to update you should this happen.
