All personalised goods are non-returnable unless faulty. Proof of fault is required within 7 days of dispatch. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We aim to dispatch goods within two week of the order being placed (if this isn’t possible you will be contacted) and they will be delivered by your selected delivery method.
We will always ensure we dispatch as soon as we can, but please bare in mind that all our items are made to order.
