All personalised goods are non-returnable unless faulty. Proof of fault is required within 7 days of dispatch. This does not affect your statutory rights.
SHIPPING INFO
We aim to dispatch goods within two weeks of the order being placed (if this isn’t possible you will be contacted) and they will be delivered by your selected delivery method.
We will always ensure we dispatch as soon as we can, but please bare in mind that all our items are made to order. We do have a great stock supply but not for the entire range so some items will need to be ordered in to us first which can cause a slight delay. We will do our best to update you should this happen.
